Leading Change in People

You may be choosing your first path, questioning the one you are on, or struggling to put what you want into words. This is a space to pause, make sense of what matters to you, and explore your next step.

Find Your
Direction

Choosing what to study or thinking about your future can feel overwhelming, especially when everyone seems to have an answer. We start with you: your curiosity, your strengths, and the experiences that draw you in.

Redefine Your
Direction

You have built a career, but something no longer feels right. Together, we explore what you want to keep, what needs to change, and which possibilities you could try, with your circumstances in mind.

Communicate
to Lead

You have something to say, yet speaking up or taking a position does not always come easily. We work on expressing your ideas, needs and decisions with clarity and confidence, in a way that feels like you.

Find Your Direction

You do not need to have all the answers

Starting with your interests

Perhaps you have many interests and cannot choose between them. Or people keep asking what you want to do, and you cannot picture it yet. Those questions are a place to start, with room to think and explore.

Through conversation, questions and reflective exercises, we explore your interests, strengths and values. We also look at the expectations around you, so you can recognise what you want and what you feel you ought to choose.

Exploring the possibilities

We connect what emerges to study options and areas of work worth investigating. The aim is to develop your own criteria for choosing and identify a practical next step: researching an option, speaking to someone in a field or exploring an interest further.

For parents

You want to help your child make a good choice. Knowing when to step in and when to give them space can be difficult. Their voice stays at the centre of this work. Our initial conversation will clarify the aims, approach and parental involvement, so you can support their growing independence.

Redefine Your Direction

Wanting a change does not mean starting from scratch. We can begin with the experience you have built and explore what energises you now, what feels draining and which priorities have shifted.

Together, we consider your aspirations, skills and practical constraints. The aim is to clarify your options and identify manageable ways to explore them before making major decisions.

“A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step”

— Lao Tzu, Tao Te Ching, Chapter 64

We start with what brings you here. An initial conversation helps us understand your situation, what you would like to work on and whether my approach fits your needs. From there, we agree on the aims and shape of the work together.
